Is the Market Getting Better? - 04/28/12 10:27 AM
I ran into Frank Christophel, Executive VP of our local real estate board the other week. I asked him how long he had been the exec. veep at LCAR.
"37 years." he said.
I asked him if in those 37 years had he ever witnessed a market anything like this?

One In A Million Sounds Better... But Still A Miracle! - 04/25/12 07:00 AM
This past week we were privileged to be part of a miracle healing. One of our amazing worship leaders from our church was struck down with a serious sudden illness. Matthew 5 You're Blessed  When Jesus saw his ministry drawing huge crowds, he climbed a hillside. Those who were apprenticed to him, the committed, climbed with him. Arriving at a quiet place, he sat down and taught his climbing companions. … (5 comments)

I have a brother-in-law who is extremely bright and a born entrepreneur. Back in the mid 70's he started his own solar business. It was mostly water heaters at that time. They were bulky, huge and really didn't make as much hot water as was needed by a family. It might have been viable for just 2 people in a household, but that wasn't the case … (50 comments)
