According to the Chief Economist for the National Association of Realtors, 2012 has had the best performing first quarter in 5 years. An equally impressive second quarter is predicted judging from the Pending Home Sales Index.
The National Association of Realtors tend to paint an optimistic picture of the housing market, but most economists would agree that the market is making some headway. But there remain looming concerns...
