So I am finally starting to see the mortgage meltdown hit even paradise!!! I've seen 5 short sales and over ten bankowned properties on the island.

Happy Grandparents Day!! Hope everyone remembered to call or visit their grandparents today. All of my grandparents have already made their way to heaven and just watch over me like guardian angels. If you still have a grandparent alive, make sure to enjoy every moment you get to have with them. I know I wish I had!!!

Often, I wake up in the morning with such a negative mood. I read a few very helpful motivational books which really helped me work on myself as a whole. The reason I'm writing a post about it is because I"m sure there are millions of people who do the same thing.....wake up in a grumpy mood which sets the tone for the rest of the day!

People need to stop "stinkin thinkin" and start thinkin positive! It has helped me tremendously.....now every morning I wake up and am thankful for each and every moment I have on this planet earth!!
