How about Tracy, California? Have you ever thought about it? Do you know about Tracy? Let me give you a little back ground you might love it so much you'll think about wanting to live here. I've been here for over 20 years and I know you'll enjoy it too.

YES- Why Rent when you can own? Don't pay another cent in rent to your landlord. You feel trapped within the walls of a house or apartment that really doesn't feel like yours. That's because it's NOT yours. But you say.. how can I get out of this rut and leap the hurdle into homeownership?
