email newsletters: Are You Cultivating Your Relationships or Just Hoarding Them? - 09/05/12 03:00 PM
Be honest.

How many Facebook friends have you only met once or twice and never spoken with again?
How many open house leads have you added to a database and never followed up with?
How many networking events have you come home from holding stack of business cards that you never looked at again?

Mike Selvaggio entered the real estate business in 1975 and has seen many companies offer to help REALTORS® stay in touch with their contacts. Mike first learned about Happy Grasshopper’s email marketing program when one of his agents from his brokerage firm, Delaware Homes, referred him to the site.
As one of six nationally certified Ninja Selling Instructors, a certified instructor with the Council of Residential Specialists and the 2008 National President of the Council of Residential Specialists, Mike is constantly being asked for his opinion of new services and was skeptical that a service that promised full automation could really … (3 comments)

email newsletters: Disappointed With Your Sphere of Influence Efforts? - 05/09/11 01:37 PM
I recently caught up with Jennifer Allan-Hagedorn, real estate trainer and author of Sell With Soul.  She gave me the inside track on Prospect with Soul for Real Estate Agents and shared her feedback about Happy Grasshopper's automated email marketing services.  (For the full interview, click here.)

email newsletters: I Visited Your Open House, Why Didn't You Follow Up? - 03/27/11 02:44 PM
I love open houses!  In fact, since getting engaged in January (yea!) it has become a favorite Sunday afternoon activity.  We're trying to see a wide variety of properties and get a really good feel for where we want to start our family.
Here's a stunning fact: of the 25 or so open houses I have been to this year, only 1 agent asked for my email address!  Unfortunately, that agent hasn't followed up.  It drives me a bit crazy really, because I just don't understand.  We're qualified buyers with excellent credit and we even have a listing once we choose … (98 comments)

email newsletters: "I was a bit skeptical...but you guys are AWESOME! Everyone should try this." - 03/21/11 10:15 AM
