Here are a few things to consider when considering "FHA Inspection Guidlines" for 2010.
CRAWL SPACE
•·        Must have access to all of the crawl space areas.
•·        Major water build-up in the crawl space is not allowed and must be remedied.
•·        Any areas of wood rot must be removed and repaired.
•·        Ventilation & vapor barrier are required.
•·        At least 18" clearance is required from the floor joist to the ground.

Thursday Cruise Night July 1st Victor Idaho - 06/28/10 08:39 AM
Announcement: Thursday Cruise Night (July 1st, 2010) is being hosted at the new "Cheeseburger Factory" on Main Street in Victor across from the Phillips 66 station.  This is there second night to be open.  All members get "free" cheeseburgers from 6pm to 7pm.  We hope to have the newspapers there for the event.  So get your rods and rides out that night and let's get some exposure.
 
Around 7:30pm after we have filled up on Burgers, we'll take a ride and enjoy some of this summer weather that has finally arrived.

Pierres Playhouse in Victor Idaho now playing first run movies - 06/14/10 10:23 AM
I finally made it to see a movie at Pierre's Playhouse and loved everything about it. The Victor Idaho Movie Theater is now playing first run movies.
My favorite things about Pierre's:
•·         The sound and picture is great.
•·         The seats are comfortable.
•·         The service is spectacular.
•·         I knew people in the theater and the sense of community was incredible.
•·         The drive home afterwards was 10 minutes.
•·         Clean, clean, clean!

Lewisville Idaho Cutting Clinic - 06/09/10 08:54 AM
I attended the ICHA Cutting Clinic, presented by Brian Anderson and Scott Martin, which was held on Thursday, June 3rd at 9am (in conjunction with the NCHA Weekend show) at Skaar Feedlot in Lewisville, Idaho (just north of Idaho Falls).  The clinic was great, thanks to Brian and Scott for their efforts. Darcy fed us with a great lunch and the good people that I schooled with were great to be around. And a big thanks to the Skaar Family for putting up with us all.

Idaho District 7 High School Rodeo - 06/04/10 10:11 AM
Thank you to all the District 7 Idaho High School Rodeo participants, parents and volunteers. It was fun helping the kids as an advisor to the Teton Rodeo Club. They have voted both Cindy and I in again, we must have done something right (like volunteer).
