buyer: Get Branded with the Wrong Iron - 03/17/12 07:06 AM
When there are too many branding irons in the fire a calf will inadvertently get branded with the wrong iron! This is true in Business as well. When we are so busy trying to put fires out and multi tasking there are bound to be mistakes. As a Realtor I do not want to Brand myself as someone who is so busy that I make mistakes. I am currently too busy to handle the work load, I have just started an assistant and I am considering a virtual assistant as well. The way I figure it - If each

buyer: 2012 The NEW Real Estate Normal - 02/24/12 07:48 AM
Our year has started out much better, hope yours has as well. I am looking forward to finding the new normal in the real estate equation. I hit the pillow on the eve of 2012 and thought "This is going to be a good year". The sales price was a quarter of the average sales price of our brokerage, yet we treated our Client with the same care and respect as we

West Group closed Friday August 5th on a home in Teton Reserve, we love it when our clients are happy. I like what I do! Does this mean I never have to work? (I read once that if you like what you do "you never have to work".) The gulf course is now open to the public and there is a clubhouse that serves lunch. This project is moving forward and appears to be a good option for homeowners that want to be on a gulf course.
