Not a room, how to measure community benefit -vs. - cost OF development? Are there too many lots in Teton Valley Idaho? Is there 300 years of inventory?

How do we measure an advocacy group’s negative impact -vs.- its positive contributions?

If a group that claims to advocate responsible development does not support the developers that plan well are they just advocating against development?

We have an advocacy group here in Teton Valley Idaho that will measure every negative impact of development. I have to agree that a developer should pay for negative impacts. How these are … (0 comments)
