Well, I haven't been very faithful blogging.  I am going to try and do better this year!  I have had 3 feet+ of snow and now a river where the driveway should be be, but no real damage and the sun is out so all is good. 

Real estate here is feeling like it might get busier.  How can you go wrong with interest rates under 5%?  This is where the rich get richer I guess, sure wish I had more money to invest while the the houses are so low and the picking is so great.
