There is a constant debate in the real estate industry over which type of home is more valuable and preferable, the condo or the traditional home. And you know what? It's a tough call and a highly personal choice. Both types of homes offer some great options and seem to be tailor made for certain lifestyles, and indeed each type is definitely suited to specific lifestyles.
