My Favorite Newbie First Posts! Week of May 10th 2013

I'm always impressed when newbies know how to insert pictures and add links. Both things it took me a while to learn. Once again the choices were many but I think the following are outstanding. I hope you do Rob Noerpertoo!

Rob Noerper, from non other than my own home Nashville TN, explained how to determine if you should renovate or move. Though the numbers and the thought process could be used anywhere, he has focused his discussion on the Renovating and/or Buying in the Green Hills area of Nashville. This is one of our older and pricier areas. Many of the homes either are in great need of updating or have been torn down for new construction. Rob explains how to run the numbers to determine what your best move might be.

Judy Guest

Judy Guest's first post is an excellent example of a great localism post! The Lake Havasu Swap Meet that's being held on Sundays gives great details about the event. It sounds like a Garage Sale Lover's dream. Some of everything for everyone. Judy has added pictures and links. Something we don't always see on first posts!

Preston Mattix

Preston Mattix knocks it out of the park with his 7 Tips for a Successful Career in Real Estate. Don't we all know some agents that couldn't use these pointers! He covers marketing, goals and most importantly mindset. That of course covers work ethic, attitude and balance. Good job Preston!

Joseph Whitenack

Joseph Whitenack writes a great post on he Importance of Hiring a Buyer's agent. We all know how important it is for consumers to understand what many of us, as Buyer's Agents, do for our clients. It's certainly not just drive them around in our big clean cars! We offer a service and Joseph tells consumers about it.

Jacquie Jenkins

Jacquie Jenkin's first post tells her story of working in Real Estate, moving across the country and then finding her new company and passion. Marketing is one of the many hats we wear as Realtors and Jacquie has come up with a way to help stay in touch with clients. Her When Live hands you Lemons post shares how her career evolved.

I am so happy to see that some are already visiting the newbie blogs. Please give these people your warm AR welcome!
