Kids can Bowl Free at select sites for more information go to www.KidsBowlFree.com From April until August 15th kids can bowl 2 games per day. JayMar Bowling Centers also have a Kids Bowl Free program that allows for one game each day until August 31st. Both programs require an online registration. Participating locations are Tusculum Lanes on Nolensville Road, Franklin Family Entertainment Center in Franklin and Oak Valley Lanes in East Nashville.

River Landing 2011 Market Report
Sales have picked up in the River Landing subdivision this past year, doubling the prior years sales. The Chart below shows the number of sales for the past 12 months, broken down into 3 months, 6 months and 12. Based on these numbers it lets you see the amount of inventory available.
River Landing has seen below average sales the past 2.5 years. Sales started falling off in 2007 when they went from 37 in 2005, 30 in 2006 down to 12 in 2007. It only got worse … (0 comments)

Lawnchair Theatre, Saturday from 6 to 10pm in Leiper's Fork will have L'Angelus, a Cajun swamp-pop band will entertain those that just want to sit and listen and those that want to shake a leg! This family of 10 moved to Nashville last year from Lafayette, La, the heart of Cajun country. Though the whole family is talented, L'Angelus is mainly 4 siblings, two brothers and two sisters.

5 Reasons to Work Well With the Other Agent
This afternoon we will close on a property that was supposed to close on Monday of this week. A two day delay is not the end of the world but it's sad that there are bad feelings probably on both sides. This could have been avoided if the Buyers' Agent had just communicated.
Without going into the details of this transaction, my thoughts go to this other agent and my first thought is I hope I never have to do business with them because it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Founders Pointe continues to beat the Middle Tennessee findings of lower sales and lower prices. The following chart shows that inventory is low and the neighborhood market is active. With school just around the corner, more and more families will be anxious to get into the neighborhood before school starts.
The months of inventory in this report do not reflect the 2 active listings that have contingent contracts on them or the 2 pending sales. It is likely that next months report will show even less inventory.

The news is always bleak when they talk about the foreclosures. I have personally dealt with many homeowners in the months before the process began, hoping to keep them out of the actual foreclosure. A very popular beach is on J Percy Priest just off Anderson Road in Southeast Nashville. There are sandy beaches, playgrounds and a boat The Day Use fee is $4/car. Lock 3 Beach on Old Hickory Lake is FREE. It is just off Walton Ferry Road in Hendersonville.
Metro Parks' Community Pools offer free swimming during "open Swimming" and "lap swimming" times. These community Pools are located in various parts of Nashville and can be found on the website.

Spring Vegetable Risotto
This Spring I joined the Doe Run Farm CSA, Community Supported Agriculture. We are just now on the 4th week and I've been looking for creative ways to use my Vegetables! I whipped this Risotto up for dinner last night and served it with Chicken off the grill.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Arborio Rice
3-4 cups chicken or vegetable stock
1/2 cup white wine (may be omitted)
1/2 cup chopped onions (I used the green onions that came in my CSA)
