Brentwood TN has seen a 12% increase in home sales this August, compared to August of 2010. There were 59 closings in August 2011 vs 52 closings in 2010.
The Median Sales price increased from $505,250 to $511,000, right at 1% These numbers may not be remarkable, but they're headed in the right direction.

Sales have remained steady in Raintree Forest, with the same number of homes selling in the first half of 2011 as in 2010! Prices, in Raintree Forest, are down about 5%. The chart shows 8% but in reality, the homes that closed in this period were smaller. Adjusted for size, the prices are only down 5%.
