Though it is a very popular neighborhood, most of the homes were built in the late 80's and early 90's. If they haven't been updated, they fall into that area where Buyers just don't want to do anything, if they don't have to.

Because of this, sales are generally consistant and the sales for 2009 are very much that compared to 2008. Last year, 2008, 7 homes sold in the first 3 quarters and this year, 2009, 6 sold.
