Chestnut Bend Home Sales are already ahead of 2008! January turned out to be a good month for home sales in Chestnut Bend. One house closed and another went pending. There is still a lot of inventory but 2 down 6 active to go. Traditionally 8 to 10 homes sell each year in this quiet neighborhood, tucked behind Franklin High School. With 6 homes still for sale that would easily be an 8 month supply. With spring upon us, hopefully that won't be the case. These homes have been on the market for an average (0 comments)
