We have seen weeks of positive reports, blogs and media on how the economy is truly showing signs of improving. This morning on the front page of the business section the title was: Housing Market May Get Hit Anew!
It says that we can expect to get hit with a Second Wave of Foreclosures in 2012.
In 2010, 35% of home sales were foreclosures. In 2011, that number dropped to 11% due to the foreclosure scandal facing the larger mortgage banks.

Average Days on the market in 2007: 41
Average Days on the market in 2008: 76
Average Sales Price 2007: $218,900
Average Sales Price 2008: $218,079
