HUH ??                      I don't understand why cupid was chosen to represent Valentine's Day.

                                When I think about romance, the last thing on my mind is a short,

OK, I do not know where you are but, I am here in the Midwest.  At this time we are going through a "cold spell".  With that, I am still "hot".  My vent is at the national news media.

We all know that in real estate it is location, location, location.  With that being said, it is unfair for the news media to put us all together.  Not everyone lives on the each coast, west coast or Florida for that matter.

But, we are all put in together.  The talk about the "bubble bursting" is fine.  But we need to get our facts correct.  The coasts and Florida have bubbles to burst.  The Midwest, typically, does not have a "bubble to burst".  For that matter, the rest of the country is probably not in a "bubble bursting" location.

So what do we have?  We have low interest rates in a "buyers" market.  We are all "buyers".  We have all

said that the best time to buy is when it is a "buyers market".  We have that.  But, it seems that the national

media is "so powerful" that the buyers are not seeing "the forest through the trees".
