waikiki real estate: Foreclosure's... a bargain in real estate??? Not exactly. - 02/19/08 03:48 AM
I've recently received calls from friends and family asking me how to find pre-foreclosure and foreclosed properties. After I talked to them I had to sit back and think for a minute as to how these two types of foreclosure properties have changed.

waikiki real estate: Hawaii real estate is perfect for buying - 01/16/08 01:57 PM
Each week the Honolulu Advertiser composes a list of local lenders and their current rates. I check their website each week for the latest rates. Right now you'll notice that a 30 year fixed rate (assuming you put 20% down) is comparable to a 1 year arm and at times can (0 comments)

waikiki real estate: Are You A Real Estate Bull Or A Bear? - 12/13/07 04:54 PM
There are always two sides to every issue. Real estate is no exception. In our market you have the choice of being a bear or a bull. Obviously, the bulls tend to believe our market will trend upwards while the bear's might feel that we are in for a downward dance. (1 comments)
waikiki real estate: Real estate tip to stay on Google's good side - 10/18/07 11:53 PM
I've always been an investor of some sort or another and one of the other realms that I've delved into, besides real estate, was purchasing URL's (web addresses). Obviously, just like real estate you buy what you think is a good value that will appreciate and provide a return in the future. (12 comments)
