From the beginning of time when I got into the real estate business, I always handed out a newsletter. Personally, I love to write (and would love my own column for the newspaper, or to finish that book I started years ago) so I decided to compose my own newsletter, Noelle's Neighborhood News. Yes, in the beginning it easily took over 5 hours from start to finish. However, once I got the basic outline down, all I had to do was update it with my new content.
