seller: I miss my clients! - 07/08/11 11:45 AM
When working with my clients on a purchase or sale of a home, I tend to talk to them almost every single day when we are in the process. We discuss everything under the sun when it comes to the home & many times we end up going into our personal lives a bit too. Purchasing a home to raise your family & create a new lifestyle just opens up the door to how someone lives...their wants, wishes, dreams & desires. We go thru this mad process of dotting the I's & crossing the T's...addressing every issue, repair, decor, furniture placement,

With all the foreclosures hitting the market, this one is a great find. Come to find out, a small number of our clients may qualify for a new program from the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) called FHA Secure. seller: GREAT NEIGHBORS OR GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD! - 09/11/07 04:17 PM

Many of us have outgrown our house, but we end up staying because we know we have it good. Yes, we all help each other out and look over one another's home when someone goes out of town. However, we go above and beyond what most neighbors do for one another. My neighbors have stepped in to take or pick up my kiddo from school if I have an appointment or an immediate
