ontario ministry of health: Testing Well Water When Buying Or Selling Real Estate - 09/13/08 02:04 PM

When buying or selling real estate, water testing will be required if the home is serviced by a well. Some steps will be required depending on what side of the sale you are on.
If you are a seller, take a water sample at the time you decide to put the property on the market. If there is a problem, it can be corrected before a buyer enters the scene.
