My industry has seen more changes in the last 20 months than I have seen in the last 20 years. I just take all of the changes that come down the pike and I roll them into my business and move on. I usually have a pretty sunny disposition but sometimes it just gets to me....

Everyone knows that this is terrible real estate market, right? WRONG! It is true that it may not be the best time to sell a home. It is true that there are a lot of foreclosures and short sale homes on the market for sale that are helping to drive prices down.... Hello people, that means that there are plenty of opportunities to buy a home for a great price and walk away a big winner.

Some interesting statistics about the market right now for Sonoma County CA as of March 14th, 2008. My appraiser put these numbers together for me to get an idea of what is going on in each section of western Sonoma County (basically, along the hwy 101 corridor).
