IT TOOK ME SIX MONTHS TO SELL MY LAST PHOENIX FIX AND FLIP HOME I have known my investor friend for the past three years. Well, he decided to work with someone else last year to fix and flip homes. I asked him why he did not want to work with me. He stated that he bought the house from the listing agent who talked a good game. Hold it! A warning flag to me is someone who talks to much and not enough action. So, his last fix and flip house took six months from start to finish to complete.

My investor was able to sell all appliances for $400. Then, he put the money towards new appliances. The home is back on the market for sale. The garage was full of trash.

I was touring the home in the afternoon after he just picked it up from the Arizona Trustee Sales. What a day!. So, this was the first fix and flip home with this investor. It took us about two weeks before we got this home. Hey, we want to make sure one can make money when doing a quick turn. The home only needed new paint, carpet, appliances, clean and fill pool, and little landscaping.
