I set a goal for myself to reach 150,000 points before August 31,2009. Well, I have accomplished this goal ahead of schedule. I want to thank everyone at AR headquarters and the community members for making this a positive experience to this point. Currently, I am obtaining requests to show other people how to implement social network marketing into their business. Real estate is a contact sport. The Federal Government has been on a spending spree this month by allocating $3 billion towards "CASH FOR CLUNKERS." The goal of the program was to give people incentive to trade in their old car for a new one to stimulate the car industry. People were able to obtain up to $4500 in incentives. However, many experts have stated that this caused a limited supply of good used cars and parts for the month of August. However, I am sure one can still obtain a great deal on used cars. Guaranty Bank was closed by FDIC this Friday to be the third largest failure to date. We have had 81 bank failures in 2009. When will it end? It had $13 billion in assets and $12 billion in deposits. BBVA Compass has purchased this bank from FDIC. It is a bank out of Spain and it is on the move. I bank at BBVA Compass here in Phoenix, AZ. I am very pleased with their services.
