I had to stop at my local bank ATM to take out cash to pay one of my vendors for cleaning services. It was about 8:00AM Monday morning. I thought I can just get in and out in a few minutes. Then, I had two people in front of me. One was a car who just finished. Then, I have this person on a bike waiting to use the ATM. Why? Here is a simple picture of two locks on a front door. So what? Well, I have signed up to do Broker Price Opinions throughout Phoenix, Arizona and Beyond. I came across this one on Friday. I was told by the Realtor that there is the MLS box and Contractor box with keys inside. So, I arrive at the scene. I find out that the locksmith changed the top lock but not the bottom lock.
