He wanted clarification on How to Respond To a City of Phoenix Code violation on his property. The failure to comply with the violation would be subject up to $2,500 for each violation and/or six months in jail. The owner was very nervous. The purpose of the letter is for the owner to take action.

We can all confirm that real estate has become a top discussion at many dinner tables and water coolers around the country. Everybody equates real estate and riches together. Real estate education is a multibillion dollar industry. One of the educators from this seminar quoted that only 2% of the people that obtain the education will put it into application. The owner is at a disadvantage because the tenant knows they cannot act immediately when they do not pay the rent. So, the owner each month hopes that the tenant pays the rent on time.
