This is a normal request from the Phoenix Property Management company to request access to the unit for the following reasons
Repair request Inspection of the unit requested by owner Health and Safety check Seller is selling property need access for buyer inspection and appraisal process Here is the correct process to request entry when doing Phoenix Property Management see below:
Request in writing Two days prior to entry 48 hours Reason for access Reasonable time and frequency Refusal to give proper access Tenants requests for repairs

PHOENIX REAL ESTATE MARKET HEATING UP 2017 UPDATE
The Phoenix Real Estate market is heating up in 2017. We are definitely in a sellers market with low inventory and high demand for homes. The mortgage interest rates are still low enough to make people get out shopping for homes. Also, the people who lost their home in the crash are back into the real estate market.
The interesting point is we are not selling homes compared in 2016. Again, the inventory is very low at this time. We are seeing more and more real estate investors flipping homes because there is a demand for

It has been my experience that most clients fire their current real estate agent for failure to communicate. This has been my experience when I pick up new clients. I always ask them if they are working with a real estate agent. Why is it so difficult when it comes to communicating with your client? We spend marketing dollars each month to make the phone ring. Then, there is silence between the client and real estate agent.
Now, I am very happy to pick up the low bearing fruit in my own backyard

PHOENIX PROPERTY MANAGEMENT that explained that owners rehired me as their Phoenix Property Manager because their tenant was not paying last month’s rent. Owner informed them they must pay for the last month and a move out inspection will be performed. If there are no damages, then they will receive their security deposit back.
I had the honor to certify mail them a new property management letter to inform them that the owners have hired me as their Phoenix Property Manager. I included
