She informed me that she was too nice and her tenants were taking advantage of her. The owner asked me to obtain bids to replace two air conditioners on his apartment building. Currently, I work with two AC companies located in Phoenix, Arizona. However, I needed a third one. I called my current vendors to seek out a third company. Thirty minutes later I had the contact information for the third company. I treated it like any other referral.

The Phoenix Real Estate market is heating up in 2017. We are definitely in a sellers market with low inventory and high demand for homes. The mortgage interest rates are still low enough to make people get out shopping for homes. Also, the people who lost their home in the crash are back into the real estate market.

It has been my experience that most clients fire their current real estate agent for failure to communicate. This has been my experience when I pick up new clients. I always ask them if they are working with a real estate agent. Why is it so difficult when it comes to communicating with your client? We spend marketing dollars each month to make the phone ring. Then, there is silence between the client and real estate agent.

PHOENIX PROPERTY MANAGEMENT that explained that owners rehired me as their Phoenix Property Manager because their tenant was not paying last month’s rent. Owner informed them they must pay for the last month and a move out inspection will be performed. If there are no damages, then they will receive their security deposit back.
