ARIZONA SHORT SALE SETTING EXPECTATIONS FOR ALL PARTIES INVOLVED IN TRANSACTION
There are many Arizona Short Sales in the multiple listing service. We can no longer ignore them as Realtors. Statistics show us that 7 out of 10 people who were foreclosed upon did not contact a professional Realtor. That was shocking to me because we are here to serve our community. We need to do everything possible to stabilize our neighborhoods to get out of this Real Estate Bubble. So, lets discuss what is necessary to set the expectations for everyone involved in an Arizona Short Sale transaction.

Fannie Mae announced today that they will make people who can make their payments and who do a strategic default will make them wait seven years before they are eligible for a Fannie Mae loan. It is estimated that there are 11 million homes across America who are under water. That means the home owner owes more on the mortgage than the current market value of the home.
