IT IS BEST TO HIRE A PROPERTY MANAGER WHEN INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE TO SAVE MONEY AND PROTECT ASSETS I have been doing real estate for the past ten years and I have seen many mistakes done by real estate investors. I believe that "REAL ESTATE IS A TEAM SPORT." It is much better when the real estate investor has a network in place when investing in real estate. The easiest parts of real estate investing are the acquisition and rehab of the home in my opinion. Now, the management of the property takes a certain skill set so be successful.
