It was time to take a three day break with the family to Flagstaff, Arizona. This region had 8" of snow. So, we decided it was time to play in the snow. I grew up in Buffalo so I know snow. I had the best time of my life last Friday. My wife asked me to join her to assist my son's first grade class to assist the kids in making Gingerbread homes. There is an old saying in grade school that states "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT." This really struck home for me as a young boy in elementary school. If I eat junk food only, then I am going to grow up overweight and unhealthy. This did not make logical sense to me as a child. So, I always make sure I ate my fruits and vegetables along with exercise that include sports growing up in America. I read the other day that Bernard Madoff was sentenced to 150 years in prison for the financial scandal that unfolded during the economic down time. His financial empire was exposed to the world. Things are heating up here in Phoenix, AZ. I just took a picture of my temperature inside of my car. Yes, that is 106 degrees hot. I always make sure I drink plenty of water in the desert. There are well over one million plus agents in America. How does a buyer pick an agent? Do they take an online course on how to pick an agent?
