Here is the deal. Helping people buy and sell homes is probably only 20% of your duty. Much of your time is spent analyzing the market, updating your information on financing, keeping posted on current regulations, and being 'ready to serve' AND maintaining and feeding a database of prospective clients.
People with good work habits, who routinely put in 40, 50, even sixty hour weeks will have a head start in real estate. This means that you must be willing to show up and put in your time, especially in today's market.
