kw cares: Friday week in review - this week not all business - 05/09/08 12:41 PM

The thing I love about Friday afternoons is organizing for Mondays! I review the week see what worked, what didn't and set up next week accordingly. This week I had been able to take some time away from performance coaching and talking to agents about business strategies by actually participating in some events in our office. Our Regional Icon, Gail Leithner, had some great things planned for this week. Tuesday night we had our 1st Vendor's night. We had about 12 different vendors set up tables. 10% of their sales went to KW Cares. We don't have a final count yet … (0 comments)

Gail Leithner is very deserving of this regional honor. Gail continuously represents the core of KW culture. Her clients love her because she goes above and beyond for them. Recently she had an out of town client announce he was arriving in 2 days and please be ready to show more houses to him. He is relocating his whole company to WNY, so there have been a few sales involved. Just like any realtor Gail rearranged her scheduled...this was the easy part.
