OK, all you smarty-pants REALTORS® out there.  I've got a question for you about the legal issues with taking over payments on a house.

An acceptable reason to laugh at a funeral...   A very prestigious cardiologist died and was given a very elaborate funeral by the hospital he worked for most of his life.  A huge heart covered in flowers stood behind the casket during the service as all the doctors from the hospital sat in awe. Hyper-Local Sponsored Community Posts - 09/14/10 11:45 AM
Not so long ago, Active Rain started offering up community sponsorships so that members could start writing hyper-local posts about the communities they serve and get an extra "bang" for their buck.  As you know, hyper-local posts are SUPER for Google juice.  The more you write about the communities you serve, the more of an authority you appear and the higher the likelihood that you will receive inquiries from potential clients looking for a home in the area.
