orange county: FIRST TIME HOME BUYER TAX CREDIT - 04/05/09 10:25 PM
The homebuyer tax credit is one of 10 key provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act signed by President Obama into law on Feb. 17, 2009. The bill provides for a $8,000 tax credit that would be available to first-time home buyers for the purchase of a principal residence on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009. orange county: A never-fail party recipe - 03/13/09 11:19 AM
A never-fail party recipe Looking for a healthy recipe that makes you look like a gourmet cook? Look no further. The tuna in this dish is rich in lean protein and heart-healthy omega 3 fatty acids. Combined with avocados, which are high in monounsaturated fat, potassium, and the antioxidant lutein, it truly becomes a super-meal. And though it’s a very simple recipe, you can make it look fancy: When I have friends over, I put each serving in a martini glass. Try it at your next get-together — I guarantee you’ll have a hit on your hands!

U.S. Mortgage rates nudge closer to a record low U.S. mortgage rates fell in the latest week supporting government efforts to bring them down to levels that will spur demand and help the hard-hit housing market begin to recover. orange county: Feeling Good About Your Self - 02/24/09 05:02 PM

orange county: The Power of a Single Vote - 11/04/08 06:03 PM
The Power of a Single Vote - Laguna Niguel Election Information and Polling Places This year promises to be one of the biggest elections ever. Even in areas that have been offering early voting, lines on Nov. 4th could be longer than normal, so be prepared: - Bring water, something to read and maybe even a small folding chair to sit on while you wait. If you can, consider carpooling to the polling place to avoid traffic snarls. - Make sure you have proper California ID with you. A photo ID is best. If you encounter problems voting in Laguna Niguel
