I absolutly love Temecula and the Murrieta area. I have been here for 10 years. ( before we even had a MALL).I saw great investement opportunities and actually purchased land in De Luz and built a spec home in La Cresta. Didn't quite make the bank roll I wanted but I 'm greatful that it sold. Yipee. I currently live in the heart of TEMECULA , Meadowview, where we built our home. We have a mall now. I dont think there's an area here I haven't been through. If you have clients that might be looking to move to our area I would be more than happy to be your point of contact for information. As of yet, I have not gone through the process of reinstating the 3 months for a client but I believe a new notice would have to be filed and an attorney would have to be used to get the proper action. I would probably get more details from the C A R legal hotline.

I use to tell people that a trustee sale could be recorded as early as 90 days after the N.O.D. was recorded. I was wrong. It as actually 3 month. Of course this could be 90 days but in some cases it could be as long as 92 days. Soo...... if the lender has filed a N.O.T.S.at 90 days and there is, realistically, a few more days till the 3 month criteria is reached, with the proper procedure the whole process of the 3 months will start all over. This may give your client some additional time to make appropriate plans
