love It!!!! Theis single story home in in the heart of Temecula/Murrieta. Official address is Murrieta. Close to the Mall, close to main streets leading straight to the freeway and theres even a Trader Joe's .
I just sold my client a home in this area and when I ran across this home I couldnt believe it is still available.
Yes if you haven't got a clue yet.....HOA"S are Good, can we all say conformity, It is good for the neighborhood....Trust me Have seen the ones without it. Weeds 2ft high, the most hideous paint choices, havn't seen the Pacer parked on … (2 comments)

For those of you not in the Temecula area here are a couple great opportunities:
A couple great homes in a area of all single stories. Approx 2500sf+, lot 6000-8700sf, 4+bdrms. Just sold a home in this area to my client and they love it. Murriets boast great schools, new homes and close to shopping and freeway access. Community provides tons of kid activities, and adult functions. Low HOA's 9-18$. I absolutly love Temecula and the Murrieta area. I have been here for 10 years. ( before we even had a MALL).I saw great investement opportunities and actually purchased land in De Luz and built a spec home in La Cresta. Didn't quite make the bank roll I wanted but I 'm greatful that it sold. Yipee. I currently live in the heart of TEMECULA , Meadowview, where we built our home. We have a mall now.
