 Home sales are up in  Apex NC and Cary NC!    That's right, UP!
Turn off the national news and read on!
February home sales in Apex were up 87% (versus February 2007), and up 60% from January to February of this year! (Based on Triangle MLS data).

One of my closest friend's brother sadly committed suicide last week. He shot himself in the attic (to avoid messing up the house?).
