Making Open Houses Fun For The Holidays!! - 11/14/07 05:15 PM
Every one knows how difficult it can be to sell a home during the winter months. Your best bet is to try and make the open houses a holiday affair. Invite the neighbors for a special preview then advertise later hours for the public. Even in these tougher times we should have snacks and coffee or for your higher end listings serve wine and cheese. Always make sure to check with the seller when serving anything on their premises and follow all local laws. Please have a great time this holiday season!

Selling homes for the holiday. - 11/09/07 12:01 PM
Great property priced and marketed right can sell during the winter holidays. Take the listing and make the best of it. Hot areas that always sell in Sacramento - Curtis Park, Land Park, South Land Park, Midtown, Greenhaven/Poket, and the beloved East Sacramento. Of course that doesn't mean other areas won't sell. Take the opportunity of out of town family that want to move here and hold your listings open durning the holidays. See my next blog on "Making Open Houses Fun For The Holidays".

Prudential CA Realty, at 18th and K Street, displays art from 6pm-9pm every 2nd Saturday serving light refreshments. If we are out of maps we have agents and a wonderful staff familiar with the businesses you can visit. Please do not hesitate to e-mail me if you have any questions or any special stops you can recommend. This is a great place to bring out

Treating out of town clients. - 11/02/07 03:32 PM
If you have out of town clients and aren't sure where to put them up, I have a recommendation. Try the Inn at Parkside across the street from the wonderful Southside Park in Sacramento, CA. It is a comfortable, stylish Bed and Breakfast with a full day spa. The main building is a Historic Sacramento home. Visit my links for their web site. Take a night for yourself to see what I mean. Just another perk in Downtown Sacramento.
