bucks county: Do you have the fever? - 08/12/08 06:08 PM
Olympic Fever that is. I enjoyed the excitement of the Opening Ceremonies on Friday night. Words that come to mind: Inspiring, breathtaking, and pride. It was so inspiring to see athletes from around the world gathered together, the breathtaking site of the torch being lit and the fireworks that followed and the tremendous pride I felt as I watched the USA team enter the stadium knowing they were going to accomplish great things. These words also relate to how I view my job as a realtor in Bucks County. I'm often inspired by the beautiful people I meet and have

Yes, that's right your heard me correctly. Stop by my site and ask for it. It's that simple. Why would you want this free report? First of all let me explain what a CMA (Comparitive Market Analysis) is for those of you who are new to real estate terms. bucks county: Relocating to Bucks County? - 07/17/08 11:24 AM
Bucks County, named after Buckinghamshire, England, the birthplace of William Penn, founder of Pennsylvania (The Keystone State), is about 50 miles long by 25 miles wide and is located along the scenic Delaware River. Because of its proximity to Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York, it's considered a very desirable area with much to offer whether you live here or are just visiting. In my opinion it's a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Here you will find modern communities that coexist with historical buildings and landmarks and an area in which many residents want to preserve the

bucks county: FSBO - Don't go it alone. - 07/14/08 01:32 PM
Many homeowners believe that to maximize their profit on a home sale they should sell it themselves. They feel selling a home is simple and why should they pay a Realtor® for something they can do themselves? Many FSBO s don't fully realize that the time, paperwork and everyday responsibilities involved were not worth the amount of money they saved in commissions. The financial savings were even more disappointing. Most realize that they would have been better off having a Realtor® handling all the details of their sale and not having to worry about the fees they incurred in dealing

bucks county: In love with two homes? - 07/13/08 02:30 PM
Which one do I choose? With so many homes to choose from on the market right now you may find yourself in love with two homes. And what if your spouse has their favorite and it's different from yours? Making a final decision and determining which house to make an offer on shouldn't be taken lightly. The decision should be made rationally and not guided by emotion. Also keep in mind that nowadays with the market moving well priced homes quickly and receiving multiple offers, we don't have the luxury of taking our time on deciding which house you'd
