Kai Lani in the Ko Olina Resort and Marina currently has 6 properties for sale priced between $634K and $725K. These are all 2 bedroom townhouses and each of them have their own individual views, at least one of which is an unobstructed view. I just love Kai Lani, it is where I live myself. It is the only residential neighborhood with the exception of the Beach Villas at Ko Olina that gives you the expansive views of the ocean and the northern view of the Waianae Coast and mountains.
