homes for sale louisville kentucky: The Louisville Kentucky real estate market is picking up steam for spring! - 03/11/08 08:39 AM

I am happy to say that I've seen a definite upturn in the Louisville real estate market over the last two weeks. I think the spring market has begun, even with snow on the ground! Yesterday I got an accepted contract on a house I listed 2 weeks ago - two weeks! That makes 10 contracts we have pending right now, and all of our other 11 listings are getting showings.
