I am happy to say that I've seen a definite upturn in the Louisville real estate market over the last two weeks. I think the spring market has begun, even with snow on the ground! Yesterday I got an accepted contract on a house I listed 2 weeks ago - two weeks! That makes 10 contracts we have pending right now, and all of our other 11 listings are getting showings. My top three reasons why Louisville is a great place to buy a house:
1. House prices are super-low compared to the rest of the country.
2. The people here are so friendly, you'll never want to move.
3. Prices have gone up every year for at least 20 years. Our market prices don't have ups and downs.
