southern indiana: State of the Market in Louisville Kentucky: Real estate prices and number of homes sold is slightly down in 2011 YTD - 10/26/11 10:51 AM

House prices in Louisville Kentucky in 2011 are down slightly compared to the same dates in 2010. The number of houses and condos sold is also down year to date, which could be because of the 2010 Tax Credits.
