I want to find our from all the realtors friends around active rain community what is going on in your home commiunty markets.
I live in Lynchburg Virginia and I am noticing a trend of the market picking up. I have to say that we have been very blessed in the real estate market. We of course have to work extremly hard to please our cleints as all you know that.
Our values of our homes have never dropped in this area. In fact while a lot of places have declined in their value our homes have actully gone up 2%-3% this … (0 comments)
