First off I would like to to take the time to apologize to all my AR friends for not looking or responding at ya'lls blog. It has just been a great yet scary week. Last Friday after my buyers and I had enough of trying to get the seller to sign a counteroffer they offered us we walked and started looking at the whole process from the beginning again.
