As with most realtors, I often meet potential clients at open houses and via internet leads. While many of my potential clients have a price range in mind, the reality of what they can afford, especially with the current mortgage situation, can often be quite different. One area I seem to mention quite often is the neighborhoods of Hollyglen and Del Airein Hawthorne.
