mls listings: If a picture is worth a thousand words..... - 03/03/10 08:53 PM

I guess these listings have 3000 words....or is it still 1000? I just don't ever understand the thought process on listings such as these. I understand that on occassion the interior is cluttered, or tenants don't want pictures taken but honestly how can this be helping market the property in the best possible way? Now I'm not trying to pick on these agents but I just happened to see them on the MLS and had to scratch my head.

I feel like I'm looking at one of those "find the differences" games
