Remember when you needed to look something up and you reached for    Encyclopedia Britannica the very expensive set of books that took up so many bookshelves in the home or you went to the library to use them
How about the heavy White and Yellow pages delivered to our doors that we look up phone numbers? Where are they? Do they still sit on your shelves,in you closets, or in your trash. These forms of reference are still being used but are slowly fading away.
Where do you go for this information? Do you use other sources?

Yom Kipper "Day of Atonement" Jewish Virtual Library - 09/26/09 01:46 PM

This information is from the Jewish virtual library -a division of the American Israeli Cooperative Enterprise
I  thought it might be interesting to have a true understanding of the holiest Jewish holiday of the year which starts 9/27/2009 at sundown and ends on 9/28.2009 when the sun sets
Yom Kippur is probably the most important holiday of the Jewish year. Many Jews who do not observe any other Jewish custom will refrain from work, fast and/or attend synagogue services on this day. Yom Kippur occurs on the 10th day of Tishri. The holiday is instituted at Leviticus 23:26 et seq.

How important is Service? In Real Estate and Car Sales PT 2 - 09/11/09 09:51 PM
Will your customers stay loyal without good service?  How important is service? Will they refer their friends and family to you? I found out the answer to these questions of course while selling Real Estate over the last 25 years ;but especially in the last few months while trying to make a decision on purchasing a car.I think as sales people sometimes we are the worst buyers.I know I am.I do not like making decisions.
Like many buyers and sellers I find someone I trust and stick with them.My salesman/manager left the dealership I lease my cars with and went to … (8 comments)

Friday Funnies: How to Unclutter a Room by HelpfulHannah - 09/10/09 09:58 PM
The other day, I needed to go to the emergency room. Not wanting to sit there for all day, I purposely put on my old Marine fatigues and stuck a patch onto the front of my shirt that I had purchased off the Internet. When I went into the E.R., I noticed that 3/4 of the people got up and left.  I guess they decided that they weren't that sick after all.  That cut at least 3 hours off my waiting time. Here's the patch.
Feel free to use it the next time you're in need of quicker emergency services.

Looking for investment Property with HelpfulHannah Philadelphia Pa - 09/09/09 11:25 PM
Today was a look at what we call in Philadelphia Pa. Spec houses. This is when contractors or/and investors look at houses to fix up and sell or rent for a profit. It was a tee shirt and jeans day.The weather was really rather humid but cool around 70 degrees good day for looking at houses. We were looking in a section called Fishtown. These homes were what we call row houses or at one time called townhouses.I really don't know what you would call them now except disasters. It is hard to understand how a once nice home becomes a smelly shell of house.
