U.S.inspect  has been a home inspection company I have used over the years. Every year they have invited me to a wonderful party at the Real Estate Convention in Atlantic City New Jersey. It was a fabulous 5 course dinner at Cesar's Casino.They did not invite everyone only a select few. This year I received a letter thanking me and apologizing as they were not having their annual Holiday party. It seems the recession is hitting everyone.

Speechless Sunday :This sea gull was flying high in Torresdale Philadelphia.I was able to get a  picture of this bird in flight.It was a beautiful day today .The temperature was in the high 60's .It is the last Sunday in November and I doubt we will be seeing these temperatures much longer. Next Sunday will be December.

Thanksgiving is a day that my son and I cook together. This year was extra special .We prepared a meal for our family from out of state.Cooking and Sharing with family.. My sister and brother -in -law drove in from Florida and my nephew came in from Penn State to have Thanksgiving with us.We  have not seen our family for over a year so it was wonderful and something to really be Thankful for this year. We had a wonderful feast to share with our family..

My Grandson was Speechless this Sunday when he saw all the birds lined up at the waterfront. It was his second visit  here in Torresdale Philadelphia 19114. He enjoyed watching the birds and feeding them. The Torresdale section of Philadelphia has many beautiful sections and homes along the river waterfront.

It was a beautiful sunny Wednesday in Philadelphia Pa. It was nice to take a short break at lunch. I enjoy going down to  Linden ave .It is close to my office in the Torresdale section of Phila. It is a favorite spot of mine and it seems a favorite spot of the birds also.It is a place where the Universe is  full of tranquility and I can feel relaxed..I was sorry I did not have my Flip camera with me to capture the sounds.

It's official. President Obama has signed a bill that extends the tax credit for first-time home buyers (FTHBs) into the first half of 2010. This program had been scheduled to expire on November 30, 2009.
In addition to extending the tax credit of up to $8,000 through June 30, 2010, the extension measure also opens up opportunities for others who are not buying a home for the first time.

The colors of fall are almost gone. The leaves will be gone the trees will be bare . The only color  from foliage will be from the Evergreen trees.
