First Time Home buyers with children in Phila Pa are hoping to find their home before April 30,2010. I have found younger children to be quite enjoyable in the home buying process. Children are just as eager to find a home as their parents are. We looked at several homes over the last few days .
Today when we were out we discussed the timing of the first time home buyers tax credit and interest rates .After viewing several homes ;the last home seemed to have everything they wanted in a home.

Phila Pa 19114 Blizzard 2010 Hits the East Coast "Video" - 02/10/10 09:56 PM
Blizzard Hits Philadelphia Pa .This is the most snow that Philadelphia Pa 2010 has ever had in it's history. It has closed the entire city except for emergency workers.The last snow we had 27" which started on Friday night and ended late Saturday afternoon.
This storm which is called a blizzard started about 7:30 Tuesday evening.It gave us a short break and started up again .. Very dangerous conditions even snow plows had accidents.They closed major highway and interstate highways.Even the Pa Turnpike.They interrupted TV programs with emergency alert to tell everyone to stay off the roads ..All Schools and businesses … (20 comments)

Speechless Sunday: Delaire Landing snow clean up - 02/07/10 05:09 PM
Delaire Landing Snow clean up in Phila Pa 19114 ... well I think we had enough 27" It does not look like that much ..But that is because our snow removal company did a fantastic job.. it amazed me how many people called me to tell me what a horrid job was done. So i dressed up all bundled in two sweaters and a fur hat gloves my warm Ugg boots ready to dig out my car ..Here is what I found..a job well done

Philadelphia Pa and the Eastern Atlantic States had a snow storm.We were very well prepared and it was handled extremely well .The roads were cleared  rather quickly .Thankfully most people stayed in their homes. Where I live in Delaire Landing condominiums in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114 the clean up was fantastic. I came outside all prepared to shovel my car out .When I came outside the day after the storm.I was amazed. I was in the local bank yesterday where an older woman had over drawn her checking account and had a great amount of over draft fees on her account and wanted to make payment arrangements with the bank to pay them back. Looking for homes with parents and their children can be fun ;but the the children become bored and tired.They have their playtime and sleep times interrupted.It becomes a strain on the children,the parents,and yes the Real Estate Agent.  The weather here has been very cold.The children are bundled up , fasten into their car seats, then out again when we view  each house.
