She was looking for bears. After I downloaded this "video" to YouTube I used the video editor to add the music. Proof that I can Blog about anything under the kitchen sink .I was wondering where all my ActiveRain friends were.Then I read Pat Kennedy's post and found out they were under the kitchen sink looking for items great ideas to blog about. Silly you might say. Maybe just a bit brilliant I thought.  To my own surprise under my kitchen sink were  the cleaning supplies  Clorox. Delaire Landing has  wonderful new neighbors. It was an unusual Real estate settlement closing . The title company sent a notary not a title clerk. In Pennsylvania Real Estate closing are done by title companies.Each state handles the conveying of Real property in a different manner.
Traditionally it is conducted by a title officer in Pennsylvania.This was a bank owned property and the buyers were enticed to use the banks title company at no charge to the buyer. Speechless Sunday : Long days at the office and long nights. What are we were doing? Gathering last minute information for their settlement the bank requested  the day before closing .These clients were wonderful even the agents were hugging them. Heather Hannah  smiling in the doorway was escorting Joe  into my office.We were down to the wire .Talk about stress .Well I guess I am making speeches again.
